INTRODUCTION
Saks Fifth Avenue (Saks Off Fifth Division) wanted to introduce a collection of a sophisticated line of watches for their target market.
CHALLENGE
To create trending watch categories on a consistent basis. Keep current the demand for new styles manufactured and delivered “just in time” production.
SOLUTION
We engaged a separate in house design team who’s only focus was to keep the flow of designs as and coordinate production with Saks Buying office and our production facility in Asia.
RESULT
What was to be one season of watch products shifted to three years of very strong timepiece sales. The category ceased from a decision to suspend all Saks Fifth Ave. private label.
