Overview

American Watch want you to enjoy your custom watches, and we work with you during the quoting, design, and proofing process. We’re always ready to answer any questions and help before, during, and after the production process to get you what you need.

Custom Products Warranty:

All Custom Watches are guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship or material under normal use for a period of one year from date of purchase. If any item that is claimed to be defective within this time, we will repair or replace the watches or component if it is determined that the defect existed at the time of manufacture or developed under normal use.

Returns & Exchanges:

No returns or exchanges can be accepted if the merchandise was custom produced, including custom size, custom color, custom case, custom dial, or custom built band or bracelet or smart device or equipment. Any issues as described under the Warranty section above will be taken care of with any custom product we’ve produce

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
