COLLECTION Process and Time Line
A representative will contact you based on your preferred time below. Please have access to the internet for a virtual tour of available watch styles.
Based on the decisions made with your representative, a formal invoice with your retainer amount will be issued for payment.
After receiving a receipt of payment, you will be assigned a project manager. Your manager will contact you via phone to begin discussions on the formal design process and guide you through the rest of the production process. Initial design concepts and inspirational artboards will be exchanged and discussed via our project management system.
Several 3D designs will be submitted to you for the design direction. The finishes and watch components will also be addressed at this stage. During this process, you will be allowed up to 3 design revision sessions. After your approved 3D design is finalized, all additional payments will be made at this time. This is the final stage of approval before submitting it for manufacturing.
After your approved 3D design is finalized, all additional payments will be made at this time. This is the final stage of approval before submitting for mass manufacturing. The first 50% deposit is now due. Once concluded, your watch design(s) will go into production. Packaging design will be discussed during this stage, marketing and imaging packages too.
You will receive your pre-production sample(s). This is the final stage before the entire production is manufactured. Any changes at this stage will incur additional charges. The model(s) is provided only as production proofs before mass production and assembly. Once your pre-production samples are approved, your final payment is then due.
Your watches have been produced and if you prefer, are ready for inspection at our facility in Los Angeles. After quality control and inspection, your production order will be readied for packaging and shipping. Your final payment is now due prior to shipping to your final destination.
