How Exactly Does the Watch Manufacturing Process Work ?
American Watch shall commence to manufacture within (2) two weeks following receipt of buyer’s initial combined 50% deposit. American Watch will complete such manufacturing and make the goods available for inspection at our facility in Los Angeles. If buyer’s inspection discloses defects or adjustments, American Watch shall have a reasonable time to correct such defects and make such adjustments as are necessary. Buyer shall then have an opportunity to make a final pre-shipment inspection. American Watch shall within 10 days of inspection cause the goods to be appropriately packaged and shipped to Buyer or to such other destination specified by Buyer. American Watch shall pay all expenses of preparations for shipment and buyer shall pay all costs of shipment, including insurance on both seller’s and buyer’s respective interests and if applicable, duty, taxes and any other costs for international shipments.
What is your warranty ?
WARRANTIES AND LIMITATIONS
American Watch warrants that the goods shall be delivered free of the rightful claim of any third person by way of patent infringement, and if buyer receives notice of any claim of such infringement, it shall, within 15 days, notify American Watch of such claim. If buyer fails to forward such notice to seller, it shall be deem to have released American Watch from this warranty as to such claim.
American Watch provides a Non-Transferable One-Year Limited Warranty for each individual watch for the original buyer only. The warranty starts from the date of shipment receipt and covers all defects in materials and workmanship. It does not apply to normal wear and tear or abuse and excludes the watch case, crystal (glass), strap, bracelet and charging unit (if included). In the event of a defect or malfunction within the warranty period, your watch will be serviced under the limited warranty terms.
The warranty does not apply to damage caused, in American Watch sole discretion, by tampering with or opening the watch case. Defects or damage resulting from repairs, tampering, or opening the watch case by anyone other than an American Watch Authorized Service Facility will void the warranty.
What is The Payment Schedule ?
Buyer agrees to pay for the goods & services as follows:
Upon engagement a minimum $3000 non-recoupable retainer to begin the design process.
% 25 deposit upon estimated total cost of order and prior to delivery of prototype sample.
% 25 within 10 days receipt of official purchase order from buyer.
% 50 balance due 30 days prior to confirmed delivery date.
When will I receive my order ?
Orders are generally completed and shiped FOB Los Angeles within 120 business days. Delivery will depend upon the final destination, shipper and shipping service you have requested. We have expedited service for an additional fee. Please contact for this expedited service and pricing.

We honor all of our non-disclosure agreements with our client. We offer anonymity for those who wish the same in return. Is Business Financing Available ?
Yes. We offer financing for businesses through our partner Direct Capital.
Estimated payments for financing*:
- 36 month term – $32.97 per $1,000 financed
- 48 month term – $25.65 per $1,000 financed
- 60 month term – $21.27 per $1,000 financed
